Biography:
For the artist, the need to freely explore creation is first revealed through photography. By manipulating and reshaping her photographs, which become both support and medium, creations emerge that lie between reality and imagination, in which several voices interweave, intersect, and overlap to recombine into new stories each time.
Her creative journey is in perpetual evolution, so it is natural that the visual artist began to explore image-generation technology. Immediately, she found the opportunity to produce all the images she had in mind for years.
Without the burden of inventory constraints, the artist was instantly fascinated by the immense possibilities of artistic direction offered by artificial intelligence.
With a sensitive gaze toward the world, in the same way as in photography, her approach to generative art is instinctive and emotional.
Although her work is strongly inspired by traditional photography and remains oriented toward realism, it is also infused with different atmospheres, whether ethereal, poetic, or cinematic.
To marry technology and emotion, the artist guides and shapes AI, treating it as a material. The digital becomes her medium. She selects, blends, and manipulates descriptions, keywords, iterations, and parameters until she achieves a shot from her own imagination.
Thus, if the photographer captures the present moment of a reality, Sandra l’ia-graphe captures a moment from her imagination, rendered into reality by the generated image.
The artist’s visual style is recognizable in the playful blurring of the boundaries between reality and imagination, between photography and IA-graphy, and between masculine and feminine genres.
Love, melancholy, identity, or even the body and the intimate are at the heart of her creations, which she presents with sensuality and lyricism.
Represented in the Art Gallery for unique pieces and very large formats, you will here find beautiful limited-edition prints from 1 to 30 copies.
