Rare antique lamp from the brand Jos. Lucas, a famous British maker of lighting equipment for bicycles, automobiles and vintage vehicles.

Manufactured in nickel-plated metal.
Original reflector in good condition.
Adjustment mechanism and reservoir present.
Beautiful patina from the period.
Not restored, kept in its natural state.
Description:
This Silvia Major lamp No. 255 dates from the early 20th century. It was used as an acetylene (carbide) lamp on bicycles, motorcycles or vintage vehicles. Lucas lamps are today highly sought after by collectors of British vintage accessories and enthusiasts of old vehicles.
The set is in good condition for its age, with the usual signs of use and age visible in the photos.
A trace of corrosion visible in the photos on the side of the object.
