An original folded Yugoslavian theatrical movie poster issued in 1980 for the first Yugoslav cinema release of Francis Ford Coppola's legendary Vietnam War masterpiece "Apocalypse Now" (1979).
This striking design features the iconic artwork by Bob Peak, one of the most celebrated American movie poster illustrators of the twentieth century. Dominated by the haunting red portrait of Colonel Kurtz (Marlon Brando), helicopters flying across a blazing sunset, and the unforgettable title treatment, the poster perfectly captures the surreal atmosphere of Coppola's cinematic epic.
