It is this quiet moment that lingers – as if the cold itself had left a memory behind. Not loud, but careful, almost hesitant. The light areas read as snowy expanses, while darker traces emerge like thoughts that come and go. In between, blue accents glide through the silence like fleeting emotions – cool, yet still alive.

The painting feels as if something from the past is resounding – a step in the snow, a whisper of wind, a feeling that cannot be fully grasped. It is calm, but not empty. More like that special winter moment when everything stops and you suddenly sense that even silence has a voice.

Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, shapes, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. During travels and visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe I was able to collect many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred mode of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I mainly explore feelings, inner states, landscapes and fantastical worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods and interspaces that often express themselves only through color and movement.
I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting measuring 160 x 100 cm you need a stretcher frame sized 150 x 90 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which is signed on the back by the artist and dated to the year.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints were used on a repeatedly white-primed gallery canvas.

Also, a varnish was applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and thus a one-of-a-kind!
