Engraving signed by VAVRO (Alain Vavro, graphic designer, interior architect for the world of gastronomy and wine, notably with Paul Bocuse).

The menu is complete with the wine list and in excellent condition, as new.
The central insert details the compositions and the prices of the era of the house’s great classics.

The menu is original, recovered at the restaurant’s table during the 2003-2004 season.

At the bottom of the pages appear the names of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) and pillars of the historic team of the era.
