Photo taken in Berlin during the filming of the movie "Just a Gigolo" directed by David Hemings and featuring David Bowie and Kim Novak in 1978.
The photo is digitally printed on Hahnemuhle cotton rag photo paper Ultra Smooth 305gsm. Passepartout 4cm. Archival inks guaranteed 150 years. Photograph with the artist's original stamp and signature.
The photos are presented at auction in low resolution to prevent unauthorized reproductions; the photos shipped to buyers will instead be reproduced from the originals in high resolution for optimal printing.
Emilio Lari was born in Rome in 1939, a on-set photographer from 1960 to today. In 1960 his passion for photography led him to become part of the Press Office team of Luigi Pratulon (then on-set photographer for Federico Fellini's film "La Dolce Vita").
Subsequently he was sent to London to photograph the new group, the Beatles, at the beginning of their success. A master of photographic light, Emilio has worked on over 140 films.
