Untitled, 2015
Digital print – Original numbered edition of 8 copies
This spectacular composition by Jean-Jacques Tachdjian reveals the full richness of his graphic universe, where underground comics, psychedelic art, contemporary illustration, and punk culture meet. Dominated by a towering skull with hypnotic optical effects, the work unfolds a multitude of organic shapes, characters and fantastic creatures that seem to intertwine in a lush, labyrinthine composition.
Each glance reveals new details, making this creation a true visual exploration. The contrast between the central skull structure and the surrounding graphic abundance gives the whole piece a remarkable aesthetic power, characteristic of the artist’s visual language.
