Made in India and was used in the late 18th century to store important documents.
Shows signs of age, a crack in the lid due to the wood drying, one handle is missing and a part of the lock.

Deze antieke schrijf-, geldkist in koloniale stijl is voorzien van messing beslag , scharnieren en hoekversteviging.
Vervaardigd in India en werd gebruikt in de late 18de eeuw om belangrijke documenten in op te bergen .
Vertoont wel tekenen van leeftijd, scheur in deksel door uitdroging van het hout, ontbreekt 1 handvat en een deel van het slot .
