Antique Khmer earthenware food pots from Cambodia, dating to the first half of the 19th century, in a set of four with good used condition and light signs of age, sizes: 8.25 cm high x 14 cm diameter; 7.5 cm x 16.5 cm; 7 cm x 18.75 cm; 8 cm x 15 cm.

Khmer-style earthenware food pots from Cambodia. These are archaeological finds from a riverbed. They date from the first half of the 19th century.
The Khmer ethnic group is an Austroasiatic ethnic group from Cambodia and also one of the oldest ethnic groups in the region. Theravada Buddhism is predominantly practiced.
According to an old legend, the Varnan Dynasty, old Cambodia, originated because an Indian Brahman married the celestial nymph 'Mera'. This marriage laid the foundation for the Khmer and Cambodia.
The old food pots are in good condition. Due to use and of course the antiquity they have characteristic outward features.
The dimensions are:
high 8.25 cm × diameter 14 cm
high 7.5 cm × diameter 16.5 cm
high 7 cm × diameter 18.75 cm
high 8 × diameter 15 cm
The pots are carefully packed and shipped (excluding the stands used for the photo).
