The art series “TRACE” celebrates the beauty of imperfection in the spirit of Wabi-Sabi, linking graphic precision with intuitive freedom. On unprimed, raw cotton, the brushstrokes leave their traces – deliberately not perfectly straight, with frayed edges and without precise contours. You can see and feel the natural fiber and the weave of the fabric, which gives the works an honest, organic materiality. From this interplay of reduced, monochrome clarity and movement arises a harmonious balance between order and dynamism. The images manage to radiate deep visual stillness while simultaneously introducing a subtle, atmospheric tension into the space. Graphically, minimalist and deeply meaningful at the same time: a perfectly imperfect statement that fits ideally into contemporary, elegant, and minimalist interiors.
