Very rare collaborative print made in 2021 by artists Jisbar and Cope2, bringing together two emblematic worlds of contemporary urban art.
With Iconic Mona, Jisbar reimagines the famous Mona Lisa by merging it with the iconography of the Statue of Liberty, while incorporating the raw energy of New York graffiti from Cope2. The work blends references to art history, pop culture, street art and graphic inscriptions into a particularly dynamic and colorful composition.
This edition was produced in only 50 copies. Each print comes with its Certificate of Authenticity signed by Jisbar and Cope2. The artists’ signatures are integrated into the composition (signature printed on the plate) and are therefore not hand-signed on the print itself.
