Year: early 1970s
Movement: Omega Caliber 861, manual winding
Case: stainless steel, approximately 38 mm (excluding crown)
Lug width: 20 mm
Proposed for sale this splendid Omega Seamaster Chronograph ref. 145.029, a reference with a strong vintage character, made even more fascinating by its significant dial toning, which over the years has developed an intense and unique patina. A marked aesthetic evolution that does not compromise its charm, but rather makes it an irreplaceable piece rich in personality.
Inside beats the famous Omega Caliber 861, probably the most famous manual-wind chronograph movement from the Maison. Valued for its extraordinary reliability, robustness, and precision, it is a caliber that has written important pages in the history of watchmaking. The chronograph is perfectly functioning and all its functions operate correctly.
To complete the aesthetics we find a beautiful original 1970s blue Tropic strap, perfectly paired with the vivid light-blue chronograph hands, creating an extremely harmonious and sporty overall look.
A vintage chronograph of great charm, ideal for those seeking an authentic Omega, with a strong personality and a patina that tells over fifty years of history.
