Beautiful, homogeneous and substantial collection of 26 Jules Verne books from the iconic 'Blue Bindings' series by Elsevier.

These are the deluxe, unabridged hardcover editions in the characteristic blue linen bindings with gold foil and black art-nouveau illustrations on the spine and boards. All books contain the original, classical French engravings (woodcuts).

- Bindings: Hardcover, blue linen with gold foil.
- Provenance: All books in this lot come from the same private collection and are consistently stamped with a blind stamp / ex-libris (Ex-Libris M.G. M. Giltay) on the title page.
- Condition: In very good and undamaged condition. The linen bindings, the front covers and the lower edges of the books are in near-new condition with vibrant, deep blue colors and clear gold foil. The bindings are tight. As shown in the detail photos, the top (head) of the pages shows light, age-related foxing. Internally the books are completely clean, crease-free and unread.
