- Giorgio Toccaceli born in Castelfidardo-Italy 1954 He has a background as a cartoonist for newspapers, he participated in the International Museum of Caricature in Tolentino, in the Humor Biennale, his art spread through exhibitions dedicated to him such as "dive into color" or "Hidden in the canvas" the latter takes its name from his well-known signature, that of drawing himself inside his paintings. His playful inspiration, which brings smiles, exudes sweetness and makes one think. His caricatures and his paintings are in fact capable of “immortalizing” in the same action the feelings, virtues and vices of an entire community, contextualizing them and offering a sarcastic, yet always delicate, snapshot of society itself. The art of Giorgio Toccaceli is in constant change and moves with flair among varied graphic lines, adapting to the times without chasing them.
