About me:
"My painting moves at the boundary between figuration and abstraction - a tension-filled dialogue of expressive gesture, intense color worlds, and intuitive dynamism.
Inspired by the energy of abstract expressionism, which moves between body and dissolution, chaos and harmony."
Each work is a process of questioning and rediscovery:
Lines break through surfaces.
Figures appear and disappear again.
An emotionally charged dance between control and letting go."

Mila Veljac'a is a visual artist from Croatia. She trained at art academies in Croatia, Vienna, Salzburg and Stuttgart and spent several years sharing her expertise as a lecturer in visual arts.
