Chess set - The Reconquista

Spectacular vintage medieval historical chess set with bronze/metal alloy figures representing "La Reconquista" and the clashes between Christian and Muslim troops of the Late Middle Ages during the Crusades.

The chess set includes a full set of 32 metal pieces, very detailed, representing the Christian and Muslim factions, and a stone board that is fairly heavy.
These pieces measure between about 4.5 and 5.5 cm. The pieces are perfectly protected and placed in a purpose-built display, and are stored inside another larger structure.

The whole set is in excellent condition.
The board has micro-damage due to its age.

Ideal for collectors, as well as historians or chess enthusiasts.
