An elegant ceiling light from the 1990s, executed in a rich Art Deco revival style. The lamp combines a graceful brass-colored fixture with a large matte glass shade, featuring subtle etched star and fan motifs that directly reference the geometric language of the Art Deco period.
The openworked brass-colored rim is richly decorated with classic scroll ornaments, giving the lamp a luxurious and timeless look. The matte glass shade provides soft, diffused light and creates a warm, atmospheric ambiance.
During the 1980s and 1990s, the Art Deco style experienced a strong revival. Manufacturers drew inspiration from the glamour and elegance of the 1920s and 1930s and brought lighting to market that combined classical forms with modern materials and techniques. This ceiling lamp is a beautiful example of that.
According to the label on the inside, the lamp was manufactured in Belgium. The fixture is suitable for an E27 bulb fitting and is easy to integrate into both classical and contemporary interiors. Perfect for use in a hall, bedroom, living room, or stylish entrance.
