Sonia Anton is a Romanian-Australian contemporary artist whose work explores emotion, femininity, and human connection through expressive acrylic painting.

Raised in Antibes, in the South of France, she grew up surrounded by creativity in her mother’s painting atelier, where an early appreciation for colour, texture, and artistic freedom shaped her distinctive visual language. Having lived in Australia, Mexico, and across Europe, Sonia draws inspiration from the people, landscapes, and cultures that have influenced her artistic journey.
