Sagrasse (Sandro Grassetti, born in 1966) is a Marche-born artist whose life runs deep in artisanal craftsmanship. For forty years he worked in the shadows of his workshop in a small municipality among the hills of the Marche region, specializing at the highest levels in resin processing, painting, and chrome finishing.

The turning point of his life comes with the COVID-19 pandemic: the forced lockdown and the suspension of time transform into an emotional catalyst, pushing him to unleash the artistic urgency he had always guarded. What for decades had been "only" a technique of excellence thus becomes the means to bring modern, vibrant, and ironic pop sculptures to life. Today Sagrasse has transformed his artisan know-how into a recognized language of contemporary art, proving that it is never too late to give voice to one’s most authentic talent.
