Description from the seller
Sagrasse (Sandro Grassetti, born in 1966) is a Marche-based artist whose life roots lie in artisanal mastery. For forty years he worked in the shadow of his workshop in a small municipality among the hills of the Marche region, specializing at the highest levels in resin processing, painting, and chrome plating.
The turning point of his life arrives with the COVID-19 pandemic: the forced lockdown and the suspension of time become an emotional catalyst, pushing him to unleash the artistic urgency he had always kept inside. What for decades had been "only" a technique of excellence thus becomes the means to bring to life modern, vibrant, and ironic pop sculptures. Today Sagrasse has transformed his artisanal know‑how into a recognized language of contemporary art, proving that it is never too late to give voice to one’s most authentic talent.
Title - Love, love, love small
Technique: resin
Measurements: cm 32x12x12
Condition: new
Certificate of authenticity - handwritten
Edition: gold, silver, red 499ex.

In recent years his work has earned important public and private recognitions, culminating in participation in prestigious exhibitions. Among these are the appearance at the Contemporary Art Exhibition "Arte Venezia" in 2025, the collaboration with the Center for Art and Culture VERUM, and the inclusion of his works within the renowned Private Collection Fuser. From craftsman to signature of the Neo-Pop panorama, Sagrasse shows how a lifetime of experience can transform into pure and recognized artistic expression.
Sagrasse is not merely an artist who uses resin; he is a master craftsman who has freed the technique from the constraint of function, putting it at the service of imagination. His works are colorful mirrors in which our society is reflected: pop, bright, ironic, and irresistibly modern.
Sagrasse’s work fits perfectly in the lineage of New Pop Art and Urban Art. If the comparison to Banksy is evident for the strong satirical charge, the irony and the ability to reinterpret icons of everyday life or pop culture in a critical key, Sagrasse’s universe closely dialogues with other giants of the international scene such as Jeff Koons, KAWS, Takashi Murakami, Mr. Brainwash, and Richard Orlinski.
The object is an exclusive Sagrasse creation.
It is a handcrafted work, conceived and produced entirely in Italy. The small imperfections that may be found are the natural characteristic of wholly manual craftsmanship.
It is recommended not to expose to heat sources; clean without detergents, but only with a soft cloth.
