Sagrasse (Sandro Grassetti, born in 1966) is a Marche-based artist whose life is rooted in artisanal mastery. For forty years he worked in the shadows of his workshop in a small municipality among the hills of Marche, reaching the highest levels of expertise in resin processing, painting, and electroplating.

The turning point of his life comes with the COVID-19 pandemic: the forced lockdown and the suspension of time transform into an emotional catalyst, pushing him to unleash the artistic urgency he had always kept inside. What for decades had been "only" a technique of excellence thus becomes the means to bring to life modern, vibrant, and ironic pop sculptures. Today Sagrasse has turned his craft into a recognized language of contemporary art, proving that it is never too late to give voice to one's most authentic talent.
