Pascal Fortunato DE SOUZA is an artist born in India in 1928 and who died in 2010. He was a well-known painter of Indian and Portuguese origins, appreciated internationally for his oil paintings and portraits. Born in Goa (then Portuguese India). In 1959 he won the prestigious Laszlo Award, awarded by the Royal Society of British Artists. A member of important artistic associations (RBA and ROI), he exhibited his works worldwide, including London, Paris, New York and several Italian cities (Rome, Milan, Naples, where he died in 2010). His paintings, such as portraits of children and Oriental figures, frequently pass through international art auctions.
