Artist bio: O. Delgado is a Cuban-Spanish visual artist based in Spain and a graduate in Visual Arts from the University of the Arts (ISA), Havana. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has developed a solid painting practice spanning different genres, including abstraction, portrait, still life, and contemporary reinterpretations of themes related to nature and everyday life. He has participated in solo and group exhibitions in Cuba and Spain, and his work is part of private collections in the United States and Spain, as well as institutional and foundation collections in Mexico and Spain. His work is characterized by a special attention to color, atmosphere, and image construction, combining a rigorous technical base with a constant search for new plastic and expressive solutions.
