The technique used is the traditional method of shaping the clay, followed by kiln firing and glazing according to the firing, so this is not a 3D-printed piece.
The work is part of a new series that is in research and development by the Italian sculptor Salvatore Alibrio, born in 1991.
He earned a degree in sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts of Catania in 2017 and works in painting and sculpture.
