Unique, original hand-painted work by Léo Varek
French contemporary artist, Léo Varek is today developing a series of pop canvases inspired by the codes of street art, built around a strong visual energy.
Before this studio work, I completed numerous monumental murals, notably in Europe, including an intervention of more than 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This background directly informs my current approach, more condensed but still guided by visual impact.
My works are now distributed internationally and shipped worldwide. Each canvas is handmade in my studio in France, using mixed media techniques combining acrylic and spray paint. I work spontaneously to preserve a tension in the gesture, strong contrasts, and a real vibrancy of colours.
