Unique and original work painted by hand by Léo Varek
French contemporary artist, Léo Varek is today developing a series of pop-style canvases inspired by street art codes, built around a strong visual energy.
Before this studio work, I completed many monumental frescoes, notably in Europe, including an intervention of more than 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This journey directly nourishes my current approach, more condensed, yet always guided by visual impact.
My works are now distributed internationally and shipped worldwide. Each canvas is handmade in my France studio, using mixed media that combine acrylic and aerosol.
I work spontaneously to preserve a tension in the gesture, strong contrasts and a real vibrancy of colors.
