Description from the seller
Petra Erengil (born 1964 in Göttingen) is a German artist known for her intensely colorful, thickly textured landscape and abstract paintings. Her works are usually created in oil or acrylic with a spatula technique, through which she produces striking surfaces and emotional depths. Inspired by nature, travel, and the Mediterranean palette, she captures the beauty of the moment and conveys joy of life onto the canvas. Petra Erengil lives and works in Germany; her works are regularly shown in galleries and online exhibitions.
I ship my works varnished and with a certificate of authenticity.
My works are created in my studio, are originals, and produced with high-quality materials.
I do not use brushes and work only with a palette knife.
This gives the paintings a very thick, impasto-like application of color, which lends the painting liveliness.
I love what I do and want to pass this passion on to my pictures.
This painting hung for a long time in a permanent exhibition and is now available for sale.
