Richard Chamberlain (XX) - The Swannery

It is a painting titled "The Swannery", which was painted by Richard Chamberlain (actor).

I am sure that the work is an original of the now sadly deceased actor Richard Chamberlain (e.g., known from the film "The Thorn Birds"), as this painting was given by Richard Chamberlain to my now sadly deceased mother about 27 years ago.

On the back of the painting there is a dedication from Richard Chamberlain to my mother. Dated June 4, 1999. My mother had her birthday on June 4. So the painting was at that time a birthday gift from Richard Chamberlain to my mother.

Total weight, including frame: approx. 2.4 kg

It is used, but in good condition. It shows minor signs of wear and aging. The picture frame has a few larger damages, especially on the edges (see photos).

I inherited the painting. This is a private sale.
