Description from the seller

A refined set of four silver-plated salt & pepper shakers by Christofle, France – Art Deco period

Elegant and timeless, this set consists of two pairs (4 pieces) of iconic “bullet-shaped” salt and pepper shakers, produced by the prestigious French silver house Christofle. The lot includes two slightly different models: one pair with subtle horizontal banding at the base, and one pair in a smooth, minimalist design — both perfectly embodying the sleek geometry of the Art Deco era (circa 1930s).

Crafted in high-quality silver plate, these table accessories reflect the refined Parisian dining culture for which Christofle is renowned. Their compact and sculptural form makes them both functional and highly decorative.

Maker: Christofle, France (clearly marked)
Material: Silver-plated metal
Style: Art Deco
Period: circa 1930
Quantity: 4 pieces (2 pairs)
Height: approx. 4.5 cm
Diameter: approx. 4 cm
Total weight: approx. 197 g

Condition:
In good vintage condition with a beautiful soft patina. The silver plating remains well preserved.
The bottom shows visible signs of use and oxidation from salt, which is common for such pieces. Light surface wear consistent with age. Please refer carefully to the photos for a complete impression.

Note:
These elegant shakers are highly collectible and perfectly suited for both use and display — a fine addition to any Art Deco Wedding table setting or Christofle collection.
