An authentic hand-forged copper kettle or tub from the late 19th or early 20th century. Made from heavy copper with a handsome patina formed over the years. Featuring an original wrought-iron handle attached with copper rivets.
The bottom displays clear hand-forged hammer marks, a hallmark of traditional artisanal craftsmanship. The kettle has a diameter of about 32 cm and is a decorative, characterful piece that suits a country, rustic, or industrial interior.
The interior is no longer tinned and shows wear and oxidation appropriate to its age. Therefore the object is sold as decorative antique and not for use with food.
