An elegant and increasingly scarce pair of Val Saint Lambert pressed crystal pedestal compotes, designed by the renowned Belgian designer Charles Graffart and illustrated in the 1913 Val Saint Lambert catalogue as the Hambourg model. This refined design perfectly reflects the transition from late Art Nouveau to the early geometric style that would later evolve into Art Deco.

What makes this set particularly desirable is that both pieces retain the moulded "Val Saint Lambert" signature, a feature that is seldom encountered on early pressed crystal production.

The bowls display an elegant diamond-point pattern that catches and reflects the light beautifully, while the delicately scalloped rims and fluted pedestal bases create a timeless and sophisticated silhouette.
