Windsor, Undone - Hand-signed is a 2022 limited-edition giclée on canvas by LeYack, 40 × 40 cm, hand-signed by the artist, with a certificate of authenticity, shipped from France.
Description from the seller
Everything here is borrowed clothing. The too-large men's shirt, the necktie still tied but loosened, speak of a masculine presence absent from the frame: the body of the woman carries the story of the other. The oblique, golden light does not caress—it interrogates, like a spotlight that has slowed down. On the wall, the small painting openly cites the aesthetics of American solitude and functions in a mise en abyme: an image of isolation inside an image of intimacy. The glass of whiskey and the ashtray set the scene of a time already consumed. The woman's lowered gaze is not modesty, it is thought. The oriental rug, warm and buzzing, anchors the scene in the domestic realm while theatricalizing it.
Characteristics of the work:
Signature: Hand-signed by the artist on the front and back of the piece.
Technique: Giclée print on canvas, using high-quality pigment printing for faithful reproduction of details and colors.
Edition: Limited to 20 copies, individually numbered.
Dimensions: 40 x 40 cm.
Framing: Ready to be framed, according to your preferences.

About the artist:
LeYack (born 1972) is a contemporary artist whose work blends modern storytelling with pictorial heritage.
