Silver link bracelet dating to the 1920s–1930s in Art Deco style, 19 cm long, 1.2 cm wide, weighing 26 g, unbranded and unisex, made in Austria, with no laboratory report and in good condition with light wear.
Description from the seller
A Continental European silver link bracelet in the Art Deco style, dating to approximately the 1920s to 1930s. Each individual link is hand-engraved with a repeating floral pattern, reflecting the decorated silver jewellery tradition characteristic of Central European workshops of the interwar period. The piece is attributed on stylistic grounds to Austria or a closely related regional silver-working tradition. At 26 grams for a 19 cm length the bracelet has solid weight relative to its dimensions. An unidentified mark or signature is present on the closing clasp; the specific workshop has not been identified against a published reference work. The purity of the silver has not been confirmed from available photographs: the original vendor listing cited 900 silver, and 800 silver is equally consistent with Continental production of this period. Both the Austrian attribution and the stated purity should be treated as provisional pending specialist examination of the hallmarks. Condition is Very Good: the bracelet shows light surface wear and a naturally developed patina consistent with age. No breaks, repairs, or missing links are apparent from available photographs. Dimensions: 19 cm length, 1.2 cm width. Weight: 26 g.
