My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, forms, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it continues to accompany me to this day and inspires me anew again and again. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe I was able to collect many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly engage with emotions, inner states, landscapes, and fantastical worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods, and interspaces that are often expressed only through color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is for me an intuitive process where authenticity and depth are central. Every work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.
For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 100 cm you need a stretcher frame of 150 x 90 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.
You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artist or gallery professional.
