About Felipe:

Felipe Costa is an artist from Brazil who lives in Barcelona, and his work is entirely connected to his lifelong relationship with art, nature, and spiritual awakening. After a career in the corporate world, he chose to leave it behind and dedicate himself fully to his creative vision, in pursuit of a more purposeful life.
His art begins with a simple premise: everything is energy in constant vibration. This shapes his signature technique — broken colors in thick, textured layers, which up close appear as pure pulses of color and only from a distance resolve into shape, form, and light.
For Costa, reality is not fixed, but shaped by the consciousness of the observer. Each piece is painted from a state of peace, joy, and love, and offered as an invitation: to rise out of fear, anger, or anxiety, and into that same vibration. "My goal is to encourage people to embrace life, to see the beauty in the simple things in the world, and to feel the purest gratitude for being alive."
This language emerges from his regular practice of Kriya Yoga, which shapes both his creative process and his worldview — the same subtle energy cultivated through meditation is transposed onto the canvas through texture and chromatic vibration. His most recent series, "Tribute to the Ocean," explores the idea of diving within to find peace and raise consciousness.
Costa's work has gained international recognition, with exhibitions in Spain, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Brazil. Driven by his passion for the ocean, he collaborates with marine conservation NGOs, and a portion of sales proceeds supports social and environmental causes.
