Description from the seller

SILVER BELT BUCKLE WITH CLOISONNÉ ENAMELS – IMPERIAL RUSSIA – MARK 84 – 19th CENTURY

An antique silver belt buckle from the Imperial Russian era, decorated with polychrome cloisonné enamels. The dense, refined design features vegetal scrolls and floral motifs enamelled in turquoise, blue, green, red, and white, created with twisted cloisonné partitions typical of 19th-century Russian metalwork.

The two buckle elements are connected by their original chain, and the closure system is complete and functional.

On the reverse: an oval hallmark “84” corresponding to the Russian silver standard (875/1000) used before 1917, accompanied by an unidentified maker’s mark.

Dimensions: 8.5 × 6.5 cm
Condition: good overall, enamels well preserved, slight signs of wear on the reverse.

A beautiful piece representative of Russian know-how in cloisonné enameling.

The photos are an integral part of the object description and complement its presentation. They allow you to assess its condition and features. Please examine them carefully before bidding.

The item will be carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number to ensure fast and secure delivery.
