The work reproduces the idealized features of classical sculpture: a face with regular features, a contemplative gaze, and a rich mane with deeply chiseled locks, crowned by the characteristic corona.
Origin Italian, period twentieth century.

Scultura in marmo bianco raffigurante una testa maschile ispirata al celebre Antinoo Mondragone, uno dei più noti ritratti dell'amato dell'imperatore Adriano. L'opera riprende i tratti idealizzati della scultura classica: volto dai lineamenti regolari, sguardo assorto e ricca capigliatura con ciocche profondamente scolpite, sormontata dalla caratteristica corona.
