Certificate of authenticity with handwritten signature, year and technique on the back of the painting.

The artist creates his works away from schools and trends,
In his works there is a sense of the desire to roam toward the infinite up to the super-sensible.
In this painting, the ephemeral materiality makes the difference between black and the softened gray, highlighted by some very light gray strokes that reveal small black-and-white geometries.
Paolo Contin has had a long artistic career. He trained in design and since 1980 has worked in fashion and art. Since 1999 he began to exhibit his works; in 2002 his first solo show in Padua, followed by many exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including Copenhagen, Munich, Paris, Brussels, Istanbul, Buenos Aires and Sydney.
