Our standards:
- Every bonsai is delivered with a sample of our favored organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width, we place the measuring instrument at half-height between the root base and the first branch (see example photo). In the case of multiple trunks, the widest is selected.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed by us.
- Where available, we reuse old packaging for shipping to be kind to the environment.
- The trees are pruned before shipping, protected against drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state that the goods are normally delivered within max. 4 working days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid delivery delays due to weekends.
