Up for auction is the Herend coffee set for two shown in the photos, featuring the distinctive, colorful, and rare *Motifs Hongrois Grand* (MHG) pattern. The MHG design is an exquisitely fine and elegant hand-painted motif evoking the Hungarian Art Nouveau style; the rich, colorful floral patterns and leaves are accented with delicate gold gilding. It makes an excellent gift or collector's item, and both the box and its white silk lining are in excellent condition. It has been kept in a display cabinet.
