Root of the Crown is an original work that explores the themes of origins, cultural heritage, and spiritual power. The composition features a crowned figure whose roots extend into a universe of symbols, graphic motifs, and organic shapes inspired by African and Caribbean traditions. The contrasts between black, white, gold, pink, and mineral tones create a visual tension that invites the viewer to gradually interpret the piece. Each detail contributes to a symbolic narrative where the roots become the link between memory, identity, and rebirth.
