Splendid ceramic vase in Chinese style, often referred to as a Guan kiln or Ge kiln type. The striking crackled glaze (craquelé) arises from a specific firing process in which the glaze contracts faster than the clay beneath. The vase was made in China during the second half of the 20th century.

Schitterende keramische vaas in Chinese stijl, vaak aangeduid als een Guan-kiln of Ge-kiln type. Het opvallende gebarsten glazuur (craquelé) ontstaat door een specifiek bakproces waarbij het glazuur sneller krimpt dan de klei eronder. De vaas is gemaakt in China tijdens de tweede helft van de 20e eeuw.
