Lasveguix not only paints, he tears, layers, reconstructs. His creations are skins of walls, fragments of urbanity where the poster blends with graffiti, where acrylic dialogues with spray paint and Posca. Each work is a pulse, a street scar transposed onto canvas.
Initiated into graffiti by his cousin SUOZ, he nourishes his visual language from the walls of Paris and London. In his gesture, you hear the echo of the great names that marked urban and contemporary art: Jacques Villeglé and Raymond Hains for distressed posters, Vhils for sculpted matter, Basquiat for raw energy, Jérôme Mesnager for the silhouette, Miss Tic for the poetry of words, Ernest Pignon-Ernest for urban memory, Jef Aérosol for stencil, Invader for urban pixel, Obey for engaged icon.
For more than twenty years active in the street art scene, Lasveguix has managed to establish a universe that is at once punk and poetic. Since 2022, he transposes this street heritage to the studio, creating works where movement, time and collective memory freeze without ever fading.
Recognized for his uniqueness, he regularly participates in charity galas and prestigious auctions — COEUR CENTRAL at Roland Garros, Autour des Williams at Pavillon Ledoyen, Faire ma part, Nav Solidaire or SOS Préma. His creations reach record sums there, confirming a distinct place in urban and contemporary art.
Lasveguix claims accessible, free and vibrant art, where every torn piece tells a story of love and positivity.
