Description from the seller
This Capodimonte vintage porcelain table lamp is a classic example of Italian artistic craftsmanship from the mid-20th century, characterized by a romantic and Baroque aesthetic.
Aesthetic and structural features
The Base: The lower structure features a circular profile with a lobed and wavy edge, entirely enameled in glossy white and adorned with elegant gilt finishes along the grooves.
The Floral Decoration: The stem rises upward, enriched with small three-dimensional flowers hand-shaped, among which white roses and blue buds with green leaves stand out, typical of the Capodimonte sculptural tradition.
The Lampshade: At the top one can see an era-appropriate lampshade in cream or ivory pleated fabric, finished with coordinated trim, ideal for diffusing a warm, atmospheric light.
A slight tear is noted inside the lace lampshade, a natural sign of time.
The external power cord has been replaced over time for safety and wear due to the age of the piece.
