LONGINQUU·S. This series of abstract landscapes explores the boundary between reality and evocation. Through translucent layers of acrylic, overlapping textures and intense color contrasts, the works suggest horizons, reflections and atmospheres that emerge more from emotion than from literal representation.
The broad fields of blue-gray, turquoise and magenta dialogue with dark masses that recall silhouettes of mountains, coasts or urban profiles. Vibrant reflections on imagined water surfaces create a sense of depth and contemplation, while graphic traces and veiled patterns add a dimension of memory, time and transformation.
Each painting invites the viewer to complete the landscape from their own experience, discovering in it sunrises, twilights, silent lakes or echoes of inner territories. The combination of spontaneous gesturality and careful construction creates a poetic tension between the ephemeral and the permanent, between serenity and energy.
More than describing a concrete place, these works capture the emotional essence of the landscape: spaces of silence, light and reflection where nature and imagination converge in a deeply contemporary visual experience.

Aleix Albareda is an experienced Spanish painter with national exposure. His main focus is the figure and the landscape in a dream world, achieved through an expressionist style with acrylic paint. His overall artistic vision is filled with drama, relevance and power.
