Information about the artist :
Originating from Southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU draws inspiration from Breton landscapes with a light and horizon that are deeply rooted.
His works capture suspended moments where nature converses with human perception.
Projected shadows, elongated lines, minimalist compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism.
Through a mastered palette and pronounced contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres.
The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space and contemplation.
A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language.
