Michiel Folkers (1982) presents Bear 001, a hand-pulled silkscreen in a limited edition of 25, created in 2025 on 340 g acid-free handmade paper, signed and embossed on the front, in a Modern style with pink and white colours, measuring 76 cm by 56 cm, weighing 0.1 kg, originating from the Netherlands and sold directly by the artist in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
This screen print is made with a second-hand cuddly teddy bear and 2 inks (Flamingo pink on calm grey). The original bear was dipped in India ink and printed onto paper as a whole. From this original bear piece, a screen print was made in an edition of 25 bears.
Technique: Hand-pulled screen print on 340-gram (acid-free) handmade paper
Includes: Artist Certificate of Authenticity
Worldwide delivery / shipping within 48 hours in a tube. The work is shipped unframed.
Edition: 25 (Signature and embossing on the front of the screen print)

Michiel Folkers a.k.a. Gieler (1982) began graffiti in Amsterdam in the late nineties. Years later he swapped street walls for canvas in his studio. In much of his work the feeling of the streets can still be seen or felt. At the moment his work travels the world and he exhibits in galleries from Zurich to New York. Especially in America his work has become popular in recent years, and he hangs in the homes of several 'famous people'.
