Lasveguix, Marilyn Monroe, a hand-signed original collage from France, dated 2026, 30 × 24 cm, 2 kg, depicting a portrait.
Description from the seller
Torn Canvas Panel, ripped posters, aerosol, acrylic, Posca, unframed, 30x24cm
Unique work on paper, freshly out of the studio. Shipped protected and fast.
Lasveguix doesn’t just paint, he tears, layers, reconstructs. His creations are skin-like walls, fragments of urbanity where the poster blends with graffiti, where acrylic talks with aerosol and Posca. Each piece is a pulse, a street scar transposed onto canvas.
Initiated into graffiti by his cousin SUOZ, he nourishes his visual language from the walls of Paris and London. In his gesture, you hear the echoes of the great names who marked urban and contemporary art: Jacques Villeglé and Raymond Hains for torn-posters art, Vhils for sculpted matter, Basquiat for raw energy, Jérôme Mesnager for the silhouette, Miss Tic for the poetry of words, Ernest Pignon-Ernest for urban memory, Jef Aérosol for stencil, Invader for urban pixel, Obey for the engaged icon.
Active in the street art scene for over twenty years, Lasveguix has established a universe that is both punk and poetic. Since 2022, he has translated this street heritage into the studio, creating works where movement, time, and collective memory freeze without ever fading.
Known for his singularity, he regularly participates in charity galas and prestigious auctions — COEUR CENTRAL at Roland Garros, Around the Williams at Pavillon Ledoyen, Faire ma part, Nav Solidaire or SOS Préma. His creations reach record sums there, confirming a unique place in urban and contemporary art.
Lasveguix advocates accessible, free, and vibrant art, where every torn piece tells a story of love and positivity.
