My works arise from an intuitive process in which color, form and space condense into a unique visual language. Starting points are sketches, architectural structures or individual color fields. As the painting process unfolds, compositions are overlaid, altered and renegotiated until a balance between clarity and openness emerges.
Architecture plays a central role in this. Buildings, façades and geometric shapes become carriers of inner states, memories and atmospheres. The images move between figuration and abstraction and open spaces for personal associations.
“LIGHTHOUSE” is part of this ongoing series of works.
Each work is a one-of-a-kind piece, signed and dated on the back. A certificate of authenticity is included.
