Very fine brass hall or castle lighting.
The hanging height depends on the chain that is used. It features a matte glass globe with flowers. Open at the bottom so the lamp can be easily replaced.
At the top, diameter 28 cm, tapering down to 21 cm.
Probably French but cannot be confirmed.
